our ministry trip to Ghana, Africa

As part of God’s vision for Immanuel Praise Fellowship, in October 2017, Pastors Kelvin and La Quetta Simmons, partnered with Mission Africa, Inc., a non-profit organization which develops global partners to offer humanitarian assistance to the needy of Africa, to take a small group of IPF members on a 10-day ministry service trip to Ghana, West Africa.

What was thought to be an introductory trip to explore a future collaboration to serve the people of Ghana turned into an actualization of a prophetic vision for the ministry. On Monday, October 30th, in the village of Pamprose during a day-trip to the tiny village church, the Lord spoke to Apostle Dr. Kodjoe Sumney, co-founder of Mission Africa Kingdom Builders, saying the church in which we stood shall be called Immanuel Praise Fellowship Kingdom Builders. God instructed The Apostle, to place Pastors Kelvin and La Quetta Simmons charged over it care as overseers and Bishop.    On bended knees, the pastors accepted the charge, the church land was dedicated, and Pastor Kelvin was consecrated as Bishop.

The IPF is now in a fervent mission to build the village a church building and school. The cost is $25,000. The goal is to raise monies to begin construction by the summer of 2018. Please join us by making a tax-deductible contribution.
